How To Open A Pandora Music Account?
To open an account on Pandora.com, follow these steps:
On a computer:
- Go to [Pandora.com] and click on Sign up.
- Enter the email address you would like to use. The email address must be unique and not associated with any other Pandora account.
- Enter a password.
- Enter the required registration information, including your birth year (enter year only, not month and day).
- Review the Terms Of Use and Privacy policy.
- Check or uncheck to remain signed in.
- Click Sign Up after you've reviewed that your information is accurate.
On a mobile device:
- Download and launch the Pandora app from your device's app store, then select Sign Up.
- Fill out the registration information, including your email address, password, birth year, zip code, and gender.

Pandora Music Return Policy?
Pandora.com has a 30-day return policy. Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days by mail or in-store with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup. Damaged/defective merchandise may be returned in-store or online. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Certain items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise. These include:

- Sale/Clearance Items
Returns by Mail: Attach the included prepaid UPS shipping label on the outside of the package. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for return shipping. Once the returned parcel is received and validated, a notification email will be sent. Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business days from Pandora's email to you confirming receipt and validation but the aim is to process refunds within 5 days upon receiving your items at the warehouse. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.
Returns In-Store: Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to return to the Pandora store. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card.
Exchanges: If you require an exchange, please return the items by mail or in-store and purchase your desired item(s). You may exchange your item(s) at Pandora branded stores for an item of equal or greater value provided it is available. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges. Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card.
